Description
Duration: FULL-DAY WORKSHOP (7 LEARNING HOURS)
COURSE OUTLINE: AI (CHATGPT) FOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS & PR (FULL-DAY / 7 HOURS)
INTRODUCTION:
Corporate Communications and Public Relations teams are under growing pressure to produce more content, across more channels, faster than ever while maintaining brand consistency, executive-level quality, and readiness for the unexpected. ChatGPT and other AI tools offer real leverage to meet this demand, but for communications professionals who are already comfortable with the basics, the opportunity lies in moving beyond simple drafting prompts toward advanced, scenario-specific applications that fit directly into day-to-day PR and comms work from leadership messaging to crisis response.
This full-day workshop builds on participants' intermediate familiarity with ChatGPT to develop the KNOW-WHATs of advanced prompting techniques and the breadth of AI applications across corporate communications writing, campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications; the KNOW-WHYs of when AI accelerates the work and where human judgement and authentic voice must lead; and the KNOW-HOWs of applying these techniques directly to real communications and PR scenarios, outputs, and challenges drawn from participants' own day-to-day responsibilities.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be empowered to draft and refine a full range of corporate communications materials with AI support including announcements, executive speeches, media statements, and crisis holding statements while maintaining brand voice and accountability for accuracy. They will leave with a personal library of reusable prompt templates, hands-on experience applying AI to real scenarios from their own role, and a responsible AI workflow they can implement immediately within their communications and PR function.
