Embracing AI proficiency is fast becoming an essential competency for every HR professional who wants to remain relevant, effective, and competitive in today's evolving workplace landscape.

Our comprehensive foundation programme progresses from basic AI awareness to practical, hands-on application across core HR functions. We will explore the KNOW-WHATs of essential AI tools and foundational concepts, the KNOW-WHYs behind selecting the right AI platform for different HR tasks, and the KNOW-HOWs of crafting effective prompts and integrating AI into your existing HR workflows building capability that goes beyond isolated tool skills into genuine, day-to-day productivity gains.

This course is designed to empower HR professionals to leverage AI technologies to their full potential in the workplace. From drafting job descriptions and HR policies to analysing workforce data and building personalised learning plans, participants will leave equipped with practical AI skills, responsible usage habits, and a personal AI workflow they can immediately apply to transform the way they work.

PREREQUISITES

Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills. No prior AI experience required. Have access to Internet.
