Description
Duration: 2 Days
COURSE OUTLINE: AI-POWERED PRESENTATION SKILLS (2 DAYS / 14 HOURS)
INTRODUCTION
Corporate Affairs professionals are regularly called upon to produce polished, persuasive presentations for management, the board, regulators, the media, and the public often under tight deadlines and with content that needs to land precisely the first time. Artificial Intelligence now offers practical, accessible tools that can dramatically speed up and elevate every stage of presentation development, from structuring raw ideas into a clear narrative, to designing professional slides, to preparing for tough executive questions. The opportunity for Corporate Affairs is to move beyond ad-hoc AI use and adopt a deliberate, repeatable, AI-powered presentation workflow.
This two-day, hands-on programme covers seven practical modules: AI-Powered Presentation Planning and Content Structuring, Storytelling Techniques for High-Impact Presentations, Prompt Engineering for Presentation Content Creation, AI-Assisted Slide Design and Visual Communication, End-to-End Presentation Development Using AI Tools, Enhancing Executive and Corporate Presentations with AI, and a culminating Practical Workshop in which participants build a complete deck from start to finish. Participants will develop the KNOW-WHATs of each AI tool and technique, the KNOW-WHYs of when storytelling, structure, or design should lead the work, and the KNOW-HOWs through continuous hands-on practice using real or upcoming presentation topics from their own roles.
By the end of this programme, participants will be empowered to plan, draft, design, and polish a complete, presentation-ready deck using an end-to-end AI-powered workflow from a messy set of notes to a board-ready presentation. The programme culminates in a Practical Workshop where each participant (or group) develops a full deck based on a real need from their own work, supported by trainer coaching and structured peer review, and leaves with a finished, presentation-ready deliverable, a personal library of reusable prompts, and a repeatable process they can apply immediately to future presentations for management, stakeholders, and external audiences.
